Participate in the Annual Young Agents Opinion Survey: Last Call *Centurion Insurance AFS*

Insurance Journal is searching for young insurance agents to participate in this year’s Young Insurance Agents Opinion Survey. Tell us what you think about the insurance industry, the agency you work in, and what young agents want in an insurance career.

The results will be published in the next issue Insurance Journal’s print magazine – free to all independent agent subscribers.

The deadline to participate in the 2024 Young Agent Opinion Survey is March 28.

Last year’s Young Agents Survey revealed a decline in optimism among young agents from 2022 to 2023.

When it came to career choice and the future of the independent agency system, 53.9% of young agents responding to last year’s survey reported they felt “very optimistic” about the outlook of their career, which was down from 62.4% of respondents who felt “very optimistic” in the 2022 survey. Last year’s survey also revealed that nearly one-third of young agents (30.9%) didn’t feel optimistic at all about 2023’s US economy.
